Following is a list of the key User Interface (UI) elements used in RHOP: Some of these elements contain many sub-features and should be reviewed prior to using RHOP.
IMPORTANT
Some of the Ui elements, features and properties ( for example, the ability to access, read, write or delete) may be controlled by the users or system security settings and not available as shown to the user.
For RHOP to function optimally, it is important to complete every applicable field in every screen. Blank fields may have negative effects on the application.
RHOP is a MULTI-USER, multi-screen program in which it is possible that a displayed screen that was open prior to an update or new record entry does not show the last update/record entered by a user. The REFRESH button available on the tool bar will always retrieve the latest saved data and display it in the screen being refreshed.
