The RHOP system requirements* and limits are as follows:

Application Server: Windows Internet Information Server (IIS) ( the number of users supported is limited to the IIS server or the number of IIS devices in your server farm)

Application Session RAM memory: Each user session requires a minimum of 10MB of free ram memory to initialize. Depending on the task running, the system can make use of substantially more memory.

Database: Firebird, configured in SuperServer mode. (storage space is limited to the size of your hard drive)

Database RAM Memory: Minimum of 16 GB with 32+ GB recommended.

Required Free Database Storage space: 3 times the actual size of the database.

Operating System (OS): Windows Server (including all current updates being installed)

OS Domain: corp.unipco.com

OS RAM memory : minimum of 16+ GB of Free RAM memory recommended

OS and total Storage space limits: Never exceed 80% usage of any hard drive total storage space.

E-Mail server: This service is used to automatically send WEB users their Two Factor Authentication (2FA) credentials and the monthly MPR's among other items/reports. The email account use is: noreply@unipco.ca
